I asked for my safety deposit box to be fixed - it never was over the 4 night stay - very inconvenient as had to carry my valuables around with me. The air con didn’t work (again this was ignored) and in the muddle of the night the fridge started making a ridiculous noise!

It was very convenient for city smenities. Room was clean with huge bed. No views to speak of but it was cooled by air con- needed. I asked for a kettle which was delivered to my room but maybe that could already be included.
Staff friendly. Didn’t try breakfast so cannot comment on that

Nice hotel in a central position.
Nice lobby & staff.
Family room had a smaller 1st room with the potential for 2 single beds & then a lovely large king size plus bed & a shower room.
The beds were comfortable but the truckle bed under the single hadn’t been cleaned & wipes were hidden behind the long curtains.
There was also a gadget that sounded like a coffee machine in the bathroom that kept going off every 20 mins.
We only needed to stay 1 night. It isn’t the type of hotel to stay for more than 2 nights. The view was to an internal “courtyard”. Aircon worked ok. We ate out so can’t comment on the restaurant.

Everything was close to each other and the san juan beach was great

Such a great little hotel!! Staff is super kind and helpful. We loved being right off the main drag and close to the Mercado. Lots of great storage for unpacking all your staff. No big deal but they do not have laundry service as advertised. They recommended a laundry mat up the road that had fast machines so it worked out just fine!
