Needs some work
Posted 9 Jun 2021 on HotelsWe’ve stayed here before, and the property looked dirtier and worn down. The water heater is enough for 1 shower, so lots of cold showers and fights to be first in the shower!
Easy communication with the property. The terrace is the treasure of this place!

Spacious & comfortable
Posted 24 Sep 2020 on HotelsWell equipped apartment in the old town. Nice and quiet and good for long stays. The reception staff are the nicest in Spain and make you feel very welcome.

Great location for a short stay
Posted 3 Mar 2020 on HotelsThe apartment is in a great location in the heart of the old town of Alicante with museums, attractions and the beach all within walking distance. There are many bars a stones throw away which is great if you like a drink but it can get a little noisey at night on the weekends.
As the area is in the old town there are many stairs and sloping streets around which could be difficult for those with mobility difficulties.
The apartment was fairly clean, well presented and with a well equipped open-plan kitchen. It has more than enough space for a family of four.
The staff at the reception which is located in another building a minutes walk away were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Overall a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

The property is well located for exploring the Old Town, Harbour and Castilla de Santa Barbara. Three good bedrooms and a lovely two-tier terrace.

Great apartment, comes with everything you need during your stay. Private terrace. I would definitely reccomend staying here.
