Great location, but the nights do get noisy with the restaurant just below you. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend, but otherwise yes.

Nice stay in the old town

A little gem in Alicante Old Town.
Posted 29 Sep 2018 on HotelsWe have stayed in this apartment before and it was just as nice the second time. It is so close to the square when you open the windows you feel like you are in it. The kitchen is well equipped and the air con is great. A lovely place to stay in the heart of the old town.
It’s about 5 minutes to the beach and about 10 mins to the Market and Tram Station.
You check in and out at the B and B just up the street and you can leave your bags there on the last day and have use of toilets and showers.

Great Accommodation not sure about location.
Posted 31 Jan 2018 on HotelsApartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean overall. Location we thought ideal at first, right in the heart of the old town, close to the beach, marina and shops. However what we did not take into account is noise. Each night we did not have a restful sleep. There was a lot of noise from people to lorries to road sweepers. After a few nights we were looking forward to coming home! No negatives against the actual accommodation just location we would prefer something quieter or at least to have been warned!

Very central in a lovely part of Alicante old town

Pros: Modern, central and very clean.
Cons: Hard to fault it.
Location: Very attractive area of the old town with lots of bars and restaurants. Beach and esplanade only a very short walk and yet remained quiet and unhurri.
Hotel staff very helpful. We had a slight problem which they sorted out immediately and without quibble. Couldn’t have asked for more at this price.

Santisma Faz Apartments by La Milagrossa B&B
Posted 27 Oct 2016 on HotelsGreat location in nice building. Very central in lovely square. No noise issues thanks to bedroom opening into internal window. Cleaning only every 4 days and standard of cleaning very poor with long hairs all over floors. Rest of apartment and amenties made up for this. Overall very comfortable stay.
