"2nd time staying at Barceló Siete Coronas and we will definitely be back more times. This booking was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we had surprise delicious brownies in our room plus a birthday note :). There was a mixed up by Expedia when I was booking the room and accidentally it was booked only for me, so I called the hotel and talked to Maitê and she went out of her way to help me to fix, having the booking for 2 people and I would only had to pay the extra person breakfast fee on my check in. OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you Maitê for helping me to celebrate my husband birthday hassle free! :)

"Very clean room, sheets, towels, bathroom. Staff helpful. Efficient check in. Marcedona supermarket around the corner. Convenient walk to city center. Will definitely highly recommend to family and friends."
