Posted 31 Jul 2019 on HotelsMy plane arrived 8 hours late to Algiers from Tunis because of mechanical difficultly. Then I was held up at the airport for another 3 hours. I arrive at the hotel at 8am. There was no one there. A couple of guys in the front tried to contact the hotel, but no answer.
And the hotel looked like it was kind of in a slum. I was surprised because my other hotel through your website, in Algiers, was excellent. I think I should get my money back, they simply took the money and disappeared.
