No comment ! they charged me with a second room, saying that my son is an adult !!! I already mentioned through Expedia that we will be three, and the reservation was made for a room for three persons. The staff men was as rigid as a rock without any facial expression!!!!! Second surprise!!!! The bed was not changed only arranged, the perfume of the person’s before still on it. No shampoo, women’s hair in some corner’s !!! The only positive match in this place is the restaurant staff five stars team. I just wondered what all these women of joy have to do in a five star hotel!!!!! I stayed four times in this place, I will never make a pace there in the futur. Pass your way it’s just a bling bling it doesn’t worth a penny.

Great hotel, confusing check-in

The hotel is well-situated for an overnight transfer to a next flight. The staff was very courteous. We traveled with 3 young kids, and I booked two rooms on hotels.com so that we could have a "sleep room" and a "jet lag" room. However, on arrival, we were told that we only had one room reserved, despite having paid for two. The staff did upgrade us to a larger room for the five of us, but it still did not fix the problem of sleep issues. I was told there was nothing we could do. Other than that, the pool was really nice and although I didn't use the exercise room, it looked really well equipped. Had they looked further into my reservations and tried to make things right, would've been a great stay!!

We are, of course, saddened that you did not fully enjoyed your experience due to the room booking. As explained by our front desk team, our internal booking system showed only one room booked for your arrival date and another one cancelled on march 6th for an arrival date on the 7th of march and as the reservation was made by a third party (hotel.com), the hotel has no possibility to modify the booking. On the other hand, we really appreciate your comments on the friendliness of the staff, the pool as well as the fitness center and the location of the hotel. My stay was beyond perfect. The facilities are excellent, but the best thing about this hotel is the staff who are unbelievably kind and helpful. They would assist all gifts and make you feel at home. The concierge Reda, more specifically, helped me a lot. I will definitely stay there again.
