"The property is fantastic, can't say enough about the staff, friendly, helpful, and attentive to any request or needs. Location in Albufeira is amazing. Just don't know why a property of this caliber can't provide proper Wi-Fi because there is no encryption, so in my opinion it's essentially useless."

"We’ve been coming to this Hotel for the past 15 years. Although some of the rooms look a little dated, the rest of the hotel has a more modern feel. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. There are plenty of sunbeds available and the Pool is rarely busy. The Hotel is situated at a quieter end of town but still only a few minutes walk from the Bars and Restaurants. We will certainly return again next…and the year after!"

"I was checked in efficiently by Ruben and provided a quiet room as requested. He mentioned the breakfast was not to be missed and he was correct, it was wonderful. You could dine outside overlooking the marina. I forgot my phone cable and it was retrieved by housekeeping and a man called Guillermo (sorry about the spelling). I hope to return the next time in Faro."
