We had a 3 night break and the suite was suberb. Only let down was we were told they dont replenish the teas, coffees &milks in the room that once youve used them you have to buy if you want more. Which we thought was a bit mean. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We did not receive our room upgrade , the pool was so cold it could not be used . The pool loungers where filthy , The aircon in the room didn’t work properly , we where missing our bedside table .. the eggs at breakfast where awful , to vinegar for poaching was so strong you could not eat them , same as the scrambled eggs they where chunky and flavourless , very poor .

I arrived after traveling for over 36 hours. I wanted to shower and go to bed. Upon arrival, there was no working air conditioning in my room and I had reserved a king size bed, but only had 2 twin beds in my room. I was told that someone would come to push the beds together and fix the AC. I had to call more than 4 times before someone tried to fix the AC which was never fixed and I waited over 4 hours. I ended up moving the beds myself since no one came to help. I ordered room service, and it was terrible food. The shower in my room also was broken and sprayed water everywhere. As far as the amenities, it was rainy and cold so you couldn't use the outdoors or the pool. The area around the hotel has nothing but golf courses. The next morning when I tried to see if I could get any compensation for my awful stay, they offered me nothing. They were rude.

Absolutely lovely hotel, I found all of the staff to be very pleasant, friendly, attentive and helpful. The accommodation cannot be faulted, very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The public facilities were clean despite being high use areas.
The pool area is very pleasant and relaxing as were the bars on both levels of the hotel.
We ate in the restaurant on our first evening and found the food to be very good along with the service.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and have in fact booked to stay again soon!
