Nice rural getaway with lovely pool and great staf

Family-Run Hotel In the Middle of Orange Groves

Stayed here with a friend. It is located in the middle of the orange groves. I personally enjoyed this aspect of the hotel. The place is quiet. The only real negative was that there was a strong chemical smell, likely disinfectant. Otherwise the room was clean, comfortable and appropriately furnished.
They offered a decent breakfast in the morning. It appears to be a family-run operation and so they have typical friendly family service. I only stayed one night, however it seemed to me that there were very limited restaurant or shopping options in the area.
The swimming pool did not look quite as attractive in real life as it did in the photos. I did not have time to use it.
Overall it is a quiet somewhat secluded place. It was certainly clean and with the exception of the smell comfortable it is a nice place to get away from all the hustle and bustle.

Lovely Hotel
Posted 23 Sep 2016 on HotelsThis hotel is owned and run by Nuno. He is very friendly and helpful. It is a really great hotel, which is modern, clean and comfortable with a relaxed charm about it. It has only 8 rooms which makes it a home from home! It is not ostentatious, but clean, modern and very tastefully decorated.
Breakfast is superb and individually served - no horrible buffet!
Highly recommended.

Geweldige appartementen
Posted 12 Aug 2024 on HotelsGeweldige plek, wij verbleven hier 4 nachten met het gezin (5 pers.), na Madrid, Porto en Lissabon kwamen we hier in een oase van rust met een heerlijke zwembad en tussen de sinaasappelgaarden.
Hele mooie schone kamers, ook de badkamer met regendouche is top.
Complimenten aan Sergio en Carlos, sinds 2 maanden zijn zij de managers en werken hard om het iedereen naar de zin te maken.
Beginnend met een heerlijk ontbijt tussen 08:30u en 10:00u met eieren gebakken of gekookt naar keuze.
De sinasappelsap is werkelijk verrukkelijk, deze kwam nu niet uit eigen gaard (waren nog groen) maar die schijnt nog nog lekkerder te zijn vertelde ze.
Verder worden iedere dag de kamers schoongemaakt en de bedden opgemaakt.
Kleine mini koelkast op de kamer, airco’s werken zeer goed.
Oud albufeira op ca. 23min. met de auto, ga niet via de crazy world route dit is een smal slingerweggetje en niet verlicht.
Stranden en Silves ook op ca. 25min. rijden.
Al met al een echte aanrader en een goede uitvalbasis met een auto.
