Beautiful villa, nice and large room for 4 people. But no checkin instruction sent beforehand.

Lovely peaceful and relaxing resort, perfect for us. Easy Uber for €5 to Vilamoura marina, for a massive choice in restaurants etc.
Nice food and drink at Lilys bar on site, with friendly service. There’s not a lot going on, so if you want nightlife etc this isn’t the right place for you (but perfect for us).
This is our second stay here and we had a few little niggles this time. The internet wasn’t working when we arrived, nor the air con in the lounge area. We had to wait in for the maintenance man on the first evening which was a shame. The air con couldn’t be fixed during our stay which was disappointing, although they did deliver us a fan.

Owner committee interfered no point of contact as booked through third party rain water ductwork needs sorting had to arrange additional linen change at additional cost

The service provided by Filipa and Ana from guest services was second to none. It was a pleasure to be able to stay in such a beautiful apartment.
