Front Desk Needs to Inform New Guests

The air conditioning in our room wasn't getting cold. The front desk told us they would set it colder remotely from the standard low of 21 degrees Celsius. We needed to go down 3 more times at which point the front desk called maintenance 3 times before finally waking him up. We were never told that if you open the balcony door you must turn on the air conditioning again. We handed our beach towel to housekeeping when they asked for them. When we went to the front desk to get replacements we were chastised for giving our towels to housekeeping and only to return them to the front desk. When we asked about beach lounges we were informed that we would need to pay a private vendor for them and that the hotel formerly had an agreement to supply lounges for hotel guests, but not anymore. Otherwise the hotel was fine. We left feeling that the hotel was 'nickel and diming' us.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a distressing incident of fraud I recently experienced through your platform, VRBO. I reserved a property listed on VRBO for a stay from 06.26 to 06.30. The property was listed under the ID 3718445 and was managed by Éric Melun. I paid the full rental amount via your platform, with the expectation of a seamless and enjoyable vacation. However, upon my arrival on 06 26, I was unable to reach the property owner by phone, despite numerous attempts. Later that day, I received a message from the owner informing me that the property was no longer available. This information was delivered to me on the very day I was supposed to check in, leaving me stranded without accommodation and causing significant distress and inconvenience. This situation has not only disrupted my plans but also led to unexpected expenses as I had to urgently find alternative accommodation. Moreover, the lack of verification and support from VRBO in ensuring the reliability of property owners is deeply concerning and has seriously undermined my trust in your platform.

Very quiet hotel ideal for a good chill out. Wouldn't recommend for children as nothing for them to do. Will be going back to this hotel.

Such a shame , very in experienced staff , everything is hardwork , they’re just not “ on it “ for this class of hotel of the prices . The staff let the hotel down , rooms are average o wouldn’t say it’s a suite it’s very compact and facilities don’t replicate on both rooms . I’d say this hotel doesn’t warrant the star rating of the cost of staying here sadly .

Nice location on the beach. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Access to beautiful beaches. Rooms well appointed and updated. Drinks at bar were a bit pricey but convenience was appealing. Seadeck restaurant next to resort was highly recommended by resort staff but not very good.

Helpful staff

Only stayed for one night. Found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful, particularly the barman, breakfast staff and reception. Not too keen on the music from the bar at 7.30am. Ask for a room away from the bar.
