The staff were very accommodating, as the room we booked had a double rather a twin. Moved us into a lower grade room for two nights until our twin room was available.

When we stepped out of the elevator there were cleaning products and stacks of towels everywhere, looked like a janitor's closet. Our view looked out to a disgusting empty pool (another property nextdoor) and a ton of debris.

Monica at reception is wonderful, easy check in and great welcome. The room was a suite, sea view on floor 8. No balcony but tilt and turn windows which let in a nice breeze The pillows were a bit soft but ok. The beach was a 2 minute walk, Vilamoura a 20 minute walk Breakfast was good

The room options listed on booking site dont exist
Posted 11 Aug 2024 on HotelsBooked a room for 3 which was a listed as a double bed and single bed what we got was a cramped room with one bed. The bedding was disgusting a shabby old quilt with no cover just a sheet either side of it . I would not stay here for free if it was offered we were duped by incorrect untruthful listing
