Great location. Close to beaches.

This is a complex not hotel and be prepared to accept this. Everything is scattered across , bar, dining, pools etc. The nice part is clearly the beach reached by free boat. The complex is dated, noisy with doors clunking, beds being dragged across tiled floors, in fact cleaning staff do this exceptionally well so no lie in. Off season so maintenance going on adding to noise and inconvenience. 4 night stay was plenty but not a place I’d recommend for any longer.

It was off season but still had options for where to eat, shop, and to go sightsee. The taxi company they use are good and reasonably priced for when the buses weren't available. The staff were super helpful and helped me make the most of my stay. I really enjoyed it and plan to return there in the future.

Late Break
Posted 20 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe have been here in the past, as it is nice and peaceful this time of the year yet climate still hot and sunny. Entertainment and bar still going strong to end of October. You can walk to the train station & get to town 1euro something or visit other resorts off the same line- boat taxi ( free) to the beach which is first class - Depends what you are looking for - hustle & bustle or peace & quiet- well run large site would be great for the kids if they where not in school 🙂.

Great place for families with children
Posted 19 Oct 2023 on HotelsGreat place for families. Weather in mid October was just beautiful, the outside pool was great for the kids. It was lovely and quiet during the Scottish October break so lots of sun loungers etc - guess it could get a bit crowded during peak season but that's the same everywhere. Hadn't planned on using kids club but the program was so nice that they ended up going a few times. Beach accessible by using a small boat which only takes a few minutes. Maintenance team were super quick and helpful (replaced an entire oven in less than an hour when it stopped working!).

A lovely waterfront location wasted by this property. Poorly maintained and ill equipped apartment for a long-term stay. Should be taken off-market until physical plant has been updated and thoroughly cleaned. Mandatory wearing of plastic wristband was useful only for boat ride to oceanfront. Indoor hot tub requires bathing cap (didn't know these still exist) and indoor gym costs extra. The entire property is an embarrassment to Portugal.
