My husband and I wanted to go swimming in the indoor pool and could never get anyone to help us with a towel or a swim cap. We also wanted to book a massage but was unable to do so.

Front desk was friendly and very helpful. I hit a bit of a snag and they helped me figure it out. It is about 25-30 minutes from the closest thing but we liked being away from everything.

The reception staff should improve on their customer service skills. A complete let down for such an amazing resort.

The hotel is ideal when attending an event at the race track. The 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable for my family of 4. I will stay here again.
