This small hotel is minutes from the airport and located in a resodential area where all tesidences are enclosed by high cinder block walls and razor barbed wire. The facility appears brand new, spacios, clean and very comfortable. The resturant is clean and adequately staffed and very friendly. The pool and deck are clean and well maintained. However, as wonderful as all of the described above was, of the 9 days I reserved and paid for I had to leave after 4 days becausewifi and internet service disappeared and my dentist office could not contact me to let me know when they wanted me to come in for the next 5 days so I could not remain there and the manager refused to refund 5 days of my money. Therefore I have to recommend not scheduling a stay at this hotel

El problema fue causado por una falla externa a nuestras instalaciones, y el servicio técnico solo podía solucionar el problema, no tardo más de dos días en volver el wifi. Lamentablemente, esto estaba fuera de nuestro control. Sin embargo, tratamos de ofrecerte una solución temporal proporcionándote un módem para que pudieras seguir conectado mientras se resolvía la situación.Además, entendemos que decidiste salir un día antes de lo previsto, pero no nos meciono nada acerca de eso. Por políticas de nuestra plataforma y de reservaciones, no podemos ofrecer reembolsos por noches no utilizadas. Estas políticas están diseñadas para asegurar una gestión justa y equitativa para todos nuestros huéspedes, y es por eso que no podemos hacer excepciones en este caso.Queremos también resaltar que, en general, hemos tenido estancias de hasta dos semanas sin inconvenientes; lamentablemente que el servicio de wifi falle es algo externo a nosotros.Le ofrecemos una disculpa por las molestias causadas.

The site is terrible and scare, when you’re inside the property is good

The guys at reception are super helpful and friiendly. I was only in transit so didnt get to stay for long but yhe hotel is beautiful.
