Pros: very relaxing, provides place to bond, helpful and accommodating staff
Cons: cable TV not working, phone to call front desk not working properly, place is a bit dated for its price, needs major renovation

Pros: Near to commercial areas and other nice places in Tagaytay. Very secured and the staff are so accommodating.
Cons: Maybe repainting of the room and a little renovation of the shower room including the lights will make it more pleasant to stay.
Location: The hotel location is very accessible and near to places where you can buy anything for pasalubong.
The place is safe. We stayed most of our time together with my family in our room. We have lots of fun in the pool along with my nephews, niece and sis-in-law. You can view the scenery and the beauty of the place when you are in the balcony. The food is good.
The next morning, we visited Sonya's garden few klms from the hotel and bought various herbal plants for pasalubong. Maybe one day, we will be back here to enjoy more and visit other places.

Spacious rooms need bit old though and needs upgrading. Other than that everything else is fine.

The place was in a good location.

Pros: The room size was big. It was located not in a busy and crowded location.
Cons: The condition of bathroom facilities, say fixing showers.
Location: Can't comment cause not that familiar of the place.
The rooms were big. The cold water in shower was not working. No phone in room to talk to front desk. Staff was helpful.

Iam so disappointed with the facilities, the water heater is Not functioning, the water flow coming from The faucet is very slow..
