Not worth it. Needs a lot of improvement.

Posted 8 Apr 2018 on Hotels
The entire facility needs a lot improvement/renovations. The room smells musty/moldy. The water supply was very limited! They didn’t inform us ahead of time and we only found out when we were already checked in. You need to take a steep, narrow stairs to go to their restaurant or to go out of the building. No view from the room we booked, not even a window. Just a sliding door facing the compound so you wont really be able to appreciate the sceneries of Tagaytay unlas you walk to the common area.

super expensive for what they advertised for!

Posted 26 Aug 2014 on Hotels
Hotels in Philippines are generally not this expensive ... hotel is managed by two teen-aged ladies, very little service, WiFi is advertised but throughout our stay we only had few minutes of reliable connection, even than it was weak connection! Water heater needed to warm up for 45 minutes before shower, when asked for alternative, they opened another room... while taking shower in the other room .. they flicked the light on my several times to ask me to leave the shower!!!!! wouldn't recommend it unless you have to!

Pet-friendly hotel.

Posted 21 Apr 2014
Pros: It was serene. Our dogs would have loved roaming around the big garden, had we stayed.
Cons: Since the front desk is in another building, perhaps the hotel should provide intercoms for easier communication. Plus cable TV please.
Location: Quite far from where the good restaurants are located but still ok.
We chose this hotel as it was pet-friendly and indeed it was. Only problem we had was there was no cable tv available and since everything was closed during the next 2 days (Maundy Thursday & Good Friday) we would have nothing to do. So we opted to ask for a refund and transferred to another hotel.

I dont recommend this place to my friends who are planning to go on vacation at Tagaytay. I'd rather stay in other hotels than this place.
