"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. "It is a good place to stay if you are in for a few weeks. The kitchen is good if you are doing simple cooking. On the other hand cooking involving boiling frying causes water to condensate as the air is humid as well. It is close enough to amenities. You need to be able to walk reasonably well. "

Our day in Faro

"The hotel staff was very welcoming, in particular, Bernardo and Hugo. Bernardo gave us a very good recommendation for dinner at the Old Tavern, which was wonderful, and also the surrounding area, which was beautiful. I only wish our stay was longer. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the old city, shops & seaside."

"Epic Sana is a stunning hotel. Starting from the lobby right through to hotels grounds was all beautiful. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room faced the ocean view and was set up beautifully. They made it extra special as it was our wedding anniversary. The breakfast was incredibly good and lots of food. This hotel is worth every penny spent. I can’t wait to return! "

"Had an excellent stay at PortoBay Falésia. The staff were wonderful, the food was great so was our room/ view. The hotel has many amenities & activities to do but one that was very convenient for us was that the beach was a short walk away, with that you experience the most beautiful scenery of the mountains whilst walking towards it."
