I liked that the property was clean and in a nice area. Ubers racked up in prices communting to Downtown DC in prices so I'd suggest getting a rental or car service if you stay here.

Honestly the front desk was so rude but the cleaning man was SUPER nice !

Unsafe, rooms are not in good condition, poor maintenance. Unsafe for children. Paint on the Walls, where we were staying was chipping and cracking. water in the bathroom tub doesn’t drain, refrigerator doesn’t work. We had to chang in to another room but there’s no water pressure in the shower is low on the other room No clean towels. We requested for non- smoking but the room we were given smelled cigarette.Bedsheets have stains. Overall poor maintenance plumbing issues and unfriendly management.

This is a conference center so immediate area is businesses relating to industry. Was surprised that there were no USB ports in the room for charging devices. The Market did not have any cubes or cords for sale, which would be super helpful. Staff excellent, restaurant and bar area also very good.
