Great location, friendly staff and good food. Rooms were clean and new looking, but a bit small. The view from the room was amazing!

Beautiful location. Excellent meals in the restaurant and amazing service. Room was clean and cozy. Unfortunately we were woken at 5.30am by the person in the room who was up and walking around excessively. Otherwise a great stay.

Was not aware there is no elevator to assist in luggage. Staff did assist in carrying luggage to room on elevated floor.
No air conditioner. No refrigerator in room.( need to store meds).
Large dead bug on wall in bathroom.
Miserably uncomfortable saggy bed with springs poking into out backs. Unable to sleep due to poor quality of mattress.

Beautiful views and gardens. The rooms were older but clean. The staff was top notch! Very accommodating and pleasant. Fantastic breakfast.
