I have 3 requirements when staying in a hotel for work, quiet, clean and inexpensive. I am only there to sleep and shower so I need no bells and whistles, this place fulfills all of my requirements including a friendly staff.

The staff helped clean ice off our vehicle. Eating establishments within walking distance. The Mexican restaurant next door was very good.

Wasn't very clean, people in the parking lot looked like they were living in their vehicles. Felt little unsafe

For the price you can’t beat it, room was clean, very quiet and breakfast was as expected. All in all a very nice stay
