Terrible stay in Alexandria, Egypt

Terrible/horrible stay in this place. Never suggest or tell anybody to go there. Not only dirty and filthy, there was no hospitality service at all, at least in a minimum level of acceptance. In spite of repeated request no bed sheet, no bed cover, no comforter, no toilet paper was provided. Toilet flush was nonfunctional, doesn't clear even after 5-6 flushes. Doors and windows were leaky, cold air coming in. No arrangement for heating system, no space or room heater was provided. No toiletries provided in the washroom. Kitchen was dirty, utensils were dirty no one won't be able to use those. At the time of check in, a law student was there who was very gentle and cooperative minded but as there was so many limitations from management side, so in reality he couldn't do anything for us.

we appreciate your feedback but we should declare that after investigation we found out that - The sheets and covers was provided (for all beds) also our employee asked you if you need blankets or extra room heater and your answer was " there is no need it's just only one night " - The room already provided by heater's - The toilet paper was provided and when you asked for extra toilet paper we didn't refused or ignored your request the employee provide it immediately - When you asked for "extra" bed sheets , your request wasn't approved because the sheets are already provided so There was no reason to ask for extra bed sheets and you didn't clarify your request - during your check in our employee asked if you want any thing else or if there is any thing you didn't like it in the apartment want to change , and you just asked for extra bed sheets like we explained - during your stay our employees were following up with in every single thing , and provided all help for you Not only to enjoy a comfortable stay but to have a great trip They were very keen to make you completely satisfied with your stay them responded to all your requests, except for bed sheets as previously explained Thanks for your feedback despite it's not fair with a lot of false points

Amazing stay

Best service, best location, the apartment was fancy and clean. I would like to go again of course

Not much of a sea view. I was just outside the property but when I telephoned the person at the desk couldn’t guide me to the entrance. There is no sign so a local person had to take me there.

Dirty place

we had to move out first night, the apartment was super dirty, and windows was broken and super cold, we got sick because of this place , the just one positive things was a guy at reception who tried to help , otherwise not recommended .

Séjour à Alexandrie!

Rapport qualité prix c'est super! Un peu loin de tout mais en marchant sur le bord de la mer cela fait oublier l'éloignement! Environ 35 min de marche de la bibliothèque! Personnel accueillant! S'il y a un problème ou des questions ils sont là pour vous aider!
