"This was a great place to stay!"

"The front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great. However, my air conditioner was not working. The egineer was quick to try and fix it but it still didn’t work. House keeping brought a fan which made it worse. By midnight it was so hot I couldn’t breathe. The night manager was quick in changing rooms for me on the same floor and even brought the new room key to my old room. "

"I payed for a hotel with a pool, but it wasn’t open until next month. On the website it said there was a pool. The bathroom had giant cockroaches too. I wish I could have my money back."
