The front desk agent assigned us a room that was occupied and we walked in on someone already in the room. Then there was little to no remorse or apology by the front desk person about the gaffe.

We arrived late, the check out was quick and the service was nice. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe staff was excellent and the room was nice. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Very hard and lumpy. The shower was awful. The head would not stay up and kept falling down. Other than that everything was good.

The staff was great. We had a problem with the toilet and they promptly got us moved to another room very close so it wasn’t a hassle

Room was booked a month in advance and when we got there they put us in a dirty room
