Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc!
Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable.
Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely!
Furniture and food quality are outstanding too.
In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi

I like the staff, they are all Great.
The resort is quiet compare to Alalameen hotel which is great.
You have access to Alalameen beach just 3 minutes by golf car.
The Golf Club is very nice too.
