We’ve stay there before and the experience was better this time. The guy working the check in was extremely helpful and nice; you could tell he took pride in his job. He also was accommodating to get us in a room earlier than check, which was nice since we had been up for 30 hours. We will stay there again if we travel to that area.

The hotel was being remodeled. The room had just been completed but there was mold at the bottom of the shower. The room was otherwise clean.
Staff at the hotel was combative and aggressive. We requested both extra pillows and towels and was told they don’t have any. Front desk staff and my partner had a confrontation and then we were charged our deposit for damaging towels. Retaliation?
We did submit a formal complaint.

there was no refrigerator in the room. I had wsited too lTe and took a king only rather than my customary queen. Online the price was same and in no way could l imagine there there woukd not be a frig. No acvomodations could be made. New Holiday inn coming acrosd the street. Hampton needs to gear up... people going to Lake Martin with families will want what
