Advertised breakfast there was none dish tv remote did not work after going to front desk 2 times and no help I fixed it myself bathroom door trim falling apart and bugs in the room.

This property should not be an Expedia offering. Broken glass in parking lot, toilet was running, old and worn facility.

DUMP. Expedia should be ashamed to list it. We moved out within 5 minutes of checking in. People hanging around in the parking lot. No doors on most cabinets. Shower did not work. TV worked sometime. Door lock was broke. Lady walked in the room while we were unpacking. Roaches in the drawers, I would sleep in my car before I ever stay here. Wyndham should be ashamed to own this property.

Carpet was not vacuumed and there were dead crickets and spiders all over the place. Bathroom was not swept. There is a bathtub, with a shower and NO shower curtain. Room smells like smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking room. And…ROACHES! I saw at least 15: 2 large and the rest babies. Yuck.

Please take the reviews seriously. I saw the reviews and still decided to go. It’s about an hour and 45 minutes from DFW. It’s more like a rundown motel, there’s no elevator. We were told to take the stairs on our left after checking in. We checked in and couldn’t even locate our rooms . However what we saw was an eyesore! The windows were all boarded up. The place reeks of urine, there are dried socks laid out on a window sill, there’s a water leak on the ground. Oh and roaches everywhere! We went back right back down for a refund and we were told to just get it from Expedia and they were so apologetic. Fast forward to a week later, after much back and forth, we got a partial refund and they won’t budge. So I’m taking this to my credit card company and then maybe to court because they just cannot be in business with THAT level of unsanitary conditions! Please postpone your trip if this is the last available location for you! GUEST BEWARE!
