the beds are too rigid and not a hotel standard.
the elevator is too slow, uncomfortable and smelly.
safe , towels and almost everything you use you have to make a deposit at the counter which rare for a 4 stars hotel that has pools and right in front the beach.
not 100% recommended.

Fabulous hotel, but need to improve beds.
Posted 9 Jul 2022 on HotelsHotel staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Gloria on reception, a big thank you to her for trying to help me so much with the problem with our transfer. Hotel was quiet so plenty of free sun beds etc.
Only thing that needs improvement lent was that the beds in room are very hard. I did read this in another review before booking and thought they would t be that bad but found sleeping difficult and have come home with a very bad back as a result. Everything else at hotel was great though :-)

The outdoor facilities, such as pools and gardens were very good and well kept. Out problems were partly due to the flight. Because of the weather the, the pilot did not want to land at Palma; he killed the approach and flew us back to Barcelona where we were dumped with no help, advice or food. Our arrival time at Palma was to be 15.10 on the 10th of Sept.; our eventual arrival time at our Hotel in Mallorca was 04.00 Hrs on the 11th Sept. After check in we went our room to find there was no water. We are moved to another room but had to move back to the first room after 4 hours sleep. The room had hot water but not cold Water!! We were delayed again, having missed dinner the day before we nearly missed breakfast which closed at 11.00 AM. Although we had contacted the help of line of Expedia and were promised a rerun call Tel. call, we had no help and no call.
