Hotel Condesa was a good location to stay, with good access to the beach and easy walking distance to the bus stop and dining/shopping locations. It was surprising that the hotel allowed guests to place towels/belongings on lounge chairs around the pool without a time limit of being unoccupied. Most of our stay was spent off site exploring the island but when we returned it was often difficult to find lounge chairs without items on it. Some of the staff were not friendly or very helpful. Our room was adequate for the stay but if we return to Mallorca we might find a different location or see if we can get a better room.

We had a booking at Hotel Condesa on the last leg of our trip to Spain and upon reaching the hotel, they told us that the room we had booked had some lock issues and they directed us to a different hotel for the stay for the two nights that we had booked. At the same time, they were helping other guests check in at the same property. This showed us that they treated only us with that disparity and we had a belief that they gave our room to someone else. We made this booking two months prior to the date and had high hopes on the experience given that we were also travelling with a toddler. It completely ruined our experience and have never faced this else where. We had to walk every day with our toddler carrying our swim towels and stuff from the hotel that they had booked to Condesa to use the amenities that we paid the EXTRA PREMIUM for. Upon asking them, they treated us with coldness asking us to talk to Expedia(booking portal). I would give them zero stars for the way they treated us and would never recommend this hotel to anyone let alone for parents with kids

Close to the beach. The food at the buffet although good it was mostly cold. The room were smoke free the rest of the common area were not.and WY have air conditioning when you leave the doors open.
