Liked the location. The bedding, towels and Apartment was clean to good standard. Staff were helpful and friendly. The entertainment which we went to on one night was good. There was no karting or mini golf available which was disappointing. Lots of mosquito bites even with using lots of sprays etc!!

The pool was excellent. A good depth and spent many hours in there.

The apartment was conveniently located, right in the middle of the mayority of tourist places. Minimarket right down the building and a lot of restaurants and bars to pick from. Profesional staff and well property very well mantained

Loved it for its convenience to everything. Safe area despite being accessible to anyone. So many things to do around the hotel. Low rating based on cleanliness and customer service. Checked in the room and the floor was sandy like it hadn’t been swept. The toilet had a sticker showing it wasn’t used after the last guests. Lifted the seat to find pee still on and under the seat. Called front desk several times for 2 days, no response. Decided to walk in since it’s a short walk. Reported the wifi being slow and the lady helping just shrugged it off. Wifi didn’t really bother us. Our main complaint was the shower automatically goes from cold to steaming hot. Went to report it since it burnt me and my 3 year old as well. They said someone would come down, but it stayed the same for the entire 7 days we were there. We had to fill up our toddler’s beach buckets (2) with water to prevent her getting burnt again.

What I didn’t like about this property was that the buffet was all same every single day the food was absolutely awful quality was not there at the point that my husband got a food poisoning. We had to go spend more money outside on the restaurants to eat properly. I don’t think that was cheap staying so I cannot understand how can they feed everyone the same food all over the over it’s definitely not worth . We never staying in a place like this we had very good expectations for this resort but was just terrible, I mean it is a great place for parents who have little kids but for parents who have teenagers this place is absolutely awful there is not much activity for them there is everything for the little ones. The Discotec I could not understand why every single night was directed to the little ones there was only one night that me my husband and my 17 year old daughter could enjoy a little bit of it . In my opinion there is a lot to improve in the resort the resort is not bad at all but all the things that I mentioned above has to be considered and I hope they can do better. We are definitely not going to coming back ever again. I do not recommend this place at all.

The Balcony door was coming away from the frame which made opening dangerous, this was reported several times to reception to no avail. Upon arriving at the property my famlity were bitten by mosquitos daily in and around the complex therefore spending most of the holiday in and out of chemists spending at least £100 in ineffective creams and solutions. Almost all travellers we spoke to suffered from mosquito bites indicating there was a severe issue which should have been highlighted upon booking by the tour operator. Very disapointed

As we are located directly next to this reserve we are suffering from them every day. We cannot do anything against it (fumigating for example) because they are part of the natural reserve and therefore protected.We appreciate your feedback, we will share it with our staff. Nearly fine for family budget holiday however as 3 girls in their twenties it’s very unsafe, the complex is very public and some locals in a car followed us one nice intimidating and revving their car to scare us, get a reaction, I felt as though I didn’t want to the room after that incident. There was another incident of some man on a scooter intimidating us, nearly drove into us to get a reaction, we went on the road to avoid him. The pool areas noisy and unkempt, can’t get a bed around the pool after 9am would not recommend. Check in staff very friendly and happy room was clean however towels and linen not the best, stains and dirty to the touch. 2/10
