I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms are beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and offer every comfort you could wish for. The location is ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel’s amenities, especially the pool, spa, restaurant, were top-notch and made my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and always eager to help with any request. It’s clear that they are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. We loved our stay at the hotel! We struggled to find a place to park so ended up paying for onsite parking which was totally worth it! The staff was incredible- from the front desk to the handy man everyone helped us!! The only Minor inconvenience was the AC in one of our rooms didn’t work parts of the time, but we still enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to Mallorca as soon as possible, it’s an incredible island!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! Our flight was later in the day so we used pool and snack/bar before we left! Hotel allowed us to use pool and showers at spa area while we stored our luggages! Location is close to everything we needed! Tried Indian (Namaste) restaurant and it was very good! Ate steaks, paella at nearby restaurants. It was okay. We took local buses to beaches, and tourist attractions! Public buses are easy to navigate. I wished we could stay here another night or more! We will stay at this hotel again!

Fantastic Stay
We had four fantastic nights at the Bordoy port Alcudia suites. The staff are very friendly and accommodating in particular Camilla on the front desk, she was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and modern and in a perfect location, only a stones throw away from the beach and an array of bars and restaurants. We would defiantly recommend this hotel.

A very modern and clean hotel. Room was very spacious. Very clean and spotless. Easy access to grocery , shopping and dining. Close to beach. Close to bus stop. All the staff members were very friendly and the location was very close to major beaches and restaurants. Swimming pools amd sauna seemed to be very well maintained. I would love to come back to this hotel when I visit Mallorca again in yhe future.

Classy luxury living in Alcúdia
Beautiful property and location in Alcúdia. Can get a little noisy during the day given, its proximity to the town center, but inside your room with the door close and the air conditioning on it was a retreat! And I wasn’t planning to spend five star money for a solo trip, but it was totally worth it. My huge one bedroom suite with a rooftop Jacuzzi overlooking the Port of Alcúdia (Mediterranean Sea) was a highlight of my European tour! The staff was amazing, food and drink abundant, and pool and spa offerings were indulgent treats. Perfect couples — or solo! — getaway destination and home base for exploring the island. Get the rooftop suite and a rental car!

The property's great, the staff is great, the amenities are great. The pool itself didn't quite fit -- it might just be that the rest of the hotel was amazing, but the pool was a little small and was almost out on the street The neighborhood itself is safe and clean, but did not feel like the right place for a five star resort. The area is clearly developing, with better neighbourhoods up and down the street in either direction -- my guess is that the neighborhood is expected to catch up with the hotel?

Really pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service and ‘luxury’ of this hotel just across the street from the beach. We had a couple of small tech issues in the room that were quickly resolved. Breakfast really nice and all hotel staff were excellent! Would happily stay again.
