"Hice uso de tres habitaciones, ninguna tenía servicio de agua caliente, ninguna tenía servicio de WiFi y mucho menos AC o servicio en sus televisores, los muebles y el baño tienen bichos, las cocinas q había en las habitaciones son solo de Adorno, por que no funcionan, y en reception al ir a quejarme, hable con la receptionists en turno, quien me hizo hablar con una mujer q resulto ser la cocinera y finalmente con el velador, pero nunca paso mi queja a el administrator!!! Pero nadie pudo...

"Stunnng Hotel! This is not what you have seen in other places, the whole property is beautifully hand made. The rooms are exquisitely decorated, and perfectly cleaned. The dinning room is gorgeous and the food is deliciously gourmet cuisine. The prices of food and wine would not dissapoint you at all. The views from are like I said before stunnng. Loved that there was a market on the premises. Pilar Solis our host was so nice and super accommodating. Pet friendly and she loved ours as her own. "
