"The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. We had a penthouse suite that offered a good view of the area. The suite was spacious and clean. The property provided a welcome basket with food and oranges. They also provided bottled water and juice each day which was a nice touch. The property is in walking distance to the historic area and most of the main sites. There are restaurants, shopping and other amenities within 2 minutes of the location. "Very modern apartment with good quality beds, including an extremely comfortable sofa bed. Big bathroom. A rare listing that turns out to look better in person than in the photos. Fantastic location not far from a beautiful square with many very good tapas bar and restaurant options nearby. Could walk everywhere - less than half an hour to the cathedral. "

"Amazing! The Cathedral and lots of bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. The bed was super comfy. We had the pool penthouse and the views were incredible. There were 2 terraces! We knew that coming in November meant that the pool was probably going to be cold but there was an additional terrace with a cabana and little table. The apartment is unmanned but you correspond on WhatsApp and they always replied straight away. I would definitely recommend it and am definitely going to...

"The hotel Fernando lll was outstanding in every way. All of The staff were friendly and helpful. On check in we were hoping for a bit bigger of a room and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We really appreciated the room they were able to change us to, as it was convenient for our full week stay. The rooms were clean and the complementary coffee and water were much appreciated. We also want to give special recognition to Roscio (sp) at the front desk. She always went over and above helping us with our requests for information on what to see and directions to places like the train station when we wanted to go to Cordoba. She was always smiling and provided the best suggestions and directions. The room service was excellent and the food and wine choices were varied and delicious, satisfying a night in. We would happily stay again at their hotel and would highly recommend it to others. "

"Absolutely wonderful. In such a convenient area; across the road from a supermarket, near local shops/cafes/restaurants and a 20-30 minute walking to town (depending where you want to go!). I walked everywhere. The staff are lovely and always available. There is a lobby that provides drinks including hot drinks and cocktails. And has a restaurant too. I loved the aesthetic. It was very clean also. Would definitely recommend to a friend. "
