I stay here because of the spa but it’s never working which is disappointing. The pool area floor is peeling badly and gets everywhere!

The stay was great and the customer service was also great. I understood the theme, I just think most of the amenities were dated and becoming subject to wear and tear.

The beds were comfortable, the staff were lovely. Just Looking a little tired and dated.

Lovely little surprise. Fantastic room, fantastic furnishings, lovely restaurant, lovely pool, easy parking , close to cbd.
Really a great surprise…definitely would stay again

A good property with large rooms and cool indoors but also aircon if you want to be chilled. Very good parking.

Hotel was amazing. Definitely will stay here again. Loved the gothic theme of the hotel.
