Arrived at reception early as we travelled to Albury on an early train for our holiday. Reception person was very polite and accommodating by letting us check in ahead of the usual check-in time. The room was comfy, the bathroom recently renovated and the aircon was quiet. Traffic was no issue due to earplugs.

The room was clean and checkin easy. The room we were in (room 3) had a noisey aircon fan (louder than normal) which had to be turned off to sleep. But bedding was comfortable and warm so we had a good nights sleep.

Property was fine except for 2 things. Toilet took about 15 mins to refill cistern. Totally frustrating. And as I was given a price from Wotif booking I was shocked to have to pay a surcharge for using my credit card with no warning. Small amount but detracted from the stay.

Spotlessly clean, convenient, highly recommended
This property is a couple of minutes off the M31 but you don't hear the noise. Woolworths is five minutes drive and there's an Aldi even closer. The motel rooms are large and absolutely spotlessly clean. The bed linen is crisp and brilliant white. There's a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, glasses, crockery and cutlery. I originally booked for three nights and extended twice. WiFi works fine, shower pressure good. The salt pool is a good size and is cleaned every day and there is shade, sunloungers, chairs and tables. There's a separate picnic area next to the pool with a gas BBQ with open and flat plate heating. Parking is easy outside your room. The new owners are friendly and approachable. I had a problem with the fridge in my room and it was fixed immediately. This is highly recommended and I have already told the owners I will be returning later in the month.
