Our check in staff was very welcoming. The room was clean, beds are super comfortable. Casino floor is clean as well. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back.

For the price we paid - the room was sub-par - given that the coffee machine did not work, there was a used coffee insert sitting there from the prior guest. There was not single outlet to plug anything in in the bathroom, along with chipped old wood finish on the bathroom cabinet. The doors slamming everywhere and reverberating in our room was also super loud and chaotic.The hotel should at least provide hot coffee and real cream - a basic amenity at any hotel, especially since they don't offer a free continental breakfast. For the price we paid, we were disappointed.
