Pets allowed and I had my parrot. The staff had no issues with me having a caged bird with me. A few staff members even enjoyed meeting my bird.

had to switch rooms due to door not opening. On my first morning at the hotel we had to reset my key card four different times and it still didn’t let me in the room and the front desk agent did not offer to help. He just said the only thing he can do is reset the key. All exterior doors only went out and were not accessible to get back in so it was very inconvenient to go to the dog potty area. The floor was peeling in my room.
