The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful getting a reservation and payment done by me, for my son.

The property is old and run down, but as clean as could be expected under the circumstances. There are a lot of homeless people milling around in the area. It was noisy at night. We were awakened at 2:00 a.m. with someone pounding dirt off their shoes on the sidewalk. It was reasonably priced for the first night but the rate significantly went up on the weekend and it was definitely not worth that amount of money . Have to think there are better places to stay for the high nightly rate. Wouldn't stay here again

Bathroom and shower in need of overhaul cigarette burns on sink and pealing surface. Shower had moldy looking grout. Bed was simple and on a flat stand and cover was filled with cigarette burns in a non smoking room. It’s a motel 6 but their commercials promise better accommodations than what we had.

Bugs Everywhere!!! Feont desk didnt even flinch whwn ibsaid bugs where crawling up the walls. He said i will refund you. He knew it was infested. I asked to change rooms. He said that was last room. I went to frint desk to get refund and he had just told another woman she got last room. Now we are all stuck in ABQ with out a room as everything is sold out. UNBELIEVABLE
