Horrible staff horrible customer service wouldn’t stay there again if my life depended on it

This property is horrible, nothing good to say at all. The entire building reaks of stale cigarettes it's old, dirty and the pool is scary

I really appreciated that most of my needs were met for my stay for an affordable price. The staff was friendly and supportive. Location was great and walkable to downtown. For the price you can’t beat it! Just needed batteries in the remote. Didn’t receive them but just watched a movie on my phone.

The room: Overall it was clean, the beds were comfortable and clean, but it was old and needed maintenance and renovation. Bathroom: Towels and other items like sink and toilet were clean, but the bathtub was dirty and old, water accumulated during the shower because the drain was clogged with hair and other dirt.
