The hotel itself was great but the staff was terrible and the pool was so over crowded you couldn't even enjoy it. FYI if you take your wrist band off for the water slide they will not give you another one, nobody bother to tell us when we checked in.

It was a nice hotel. We didn’t sleep well because of traffic. This site is near the I-25 so some road noise was expected but if that bothers you be advised. The waterslide was closed Sunday I guess due to lack of staff. We were told someone was going to open it but no one came to open it. Breakfast was good. We didn’t get kids free because I was unaware about getting the coupons upon check in. Overall a nice stay but probably won’t stay again because it is to close to the I-25.

We stayed at Holiday Inn at 5050 Jefferson Street NE Albuquerque, NM twice recently. Tuesday, March 5, 2024 our room was on the second floor. Thursday, March 14, 2024 our room was on the third floor. Your STAFF MEMBERS are "KEEPERS", absolutely wonderfully kind, patient, polite and totally dedicated to QUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kudos to your late afternoon/early evening Front Desk Gentleman, Bar/Lounge/Restaurant Waitresses. Your BEDS, PILLOWS and SHEETS are super comfortable! The second floor appeared to have experienced the start of a re-fresh with Emergency EXIT signs added in the hallways at ankle height as well as over the doors. Our third floor room was rough around the edges: broken lamp shades, an obviously worn shower floor and an old and moldy walk-in shower door/frame.
