The hotel staff demanded $100 as security deposit which I never heard anywhere before. When I gave my card to use for security deposit, he used the card and also charged the room rent again in spite of me telling him that payment was already to Expedia. He said it was by mistake and that he will reverse it. Been 2 days now and the reversal is still not showing in my credit card statement. The $100 deposit is already reversed though. Not sure if he reversed it or playing some fraud. Please investigate.

I am waiting for a refund for three of four nights booked. Plans changed and we rebooked for four additional nights but never received the refund for the unused nights.from the initial reservation.
No one from Days Inn or Expedia has followed up on our refund.
I would absolutely avoid booking with Days Inn!
Not sure that I can trust Expedia at this point either as they have gone silent on me.

Prepaid online arrive to check in all was well until they saw my black friend. Was refused service because his Id is on his phone . They did accept my expired nm id with no question.
