Awesome place. I'd stay there again!
The place was clean and very spacious! Our unit had 3.5 bathrooms, which was great for the 5 of us. We had our own pool and they gave us beach/pool towels. The resort/complex is beautiful and everything is new and contemporary. I'd definitely stay there again.

Very big villa with spacious room, pool and yard. You only walk 5 min to go to the beach and you have a golf just beaide. Great for big family’s. The villa’s around beautiful a lot of windows,high selling and minimalist decor. They would need a bit of refresh and repairs. Would come back anytime.

The location to the beach is unbeatable and the villa space is great! It was modern style with no carpet, rugs, plants to absorb sound so it was echoey and loud inside. The modern cabinet knobs were hard to use because they were so small which made opening the refrigerator and cabinets difficult. The backyard doors only opened one way so if the door was fully shut, whoever was outside would be locked out. With a couple adjustments, this place would be exceptional! The concierge was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Eateries in the area were tasty and well priced.

The good: Spacious, has all the basic amenities including laundry, kitchen is reasonably well stocked, spacious bathrooms, spacious bedrooms. The pool is a bit cold but nice to have and the pool deck is spacious to lay out and/or to eat lunch/dinner. Close to beach. The bad: Very subpar/dated furniture - in fact the whole unit looked empty for the most part. Beds were VERY firm. There were ANTS! Tons of small red/black ants in the bedroom and in the kitchen/dining area. We told the resort staff about this and they mostly brushed it off. Certainly made no effort to address it. No cleaners to be found anywhere on site. The staff were friendly enough - we had a good experience but we did run into guests who had a lot of complaints about the service and the villas themselves. Overall a dated residence that is desperately in need of a facility upgrade and please do something about the ants.

Moradias a precisar de alguma atenção!
Foi uma estadia razoável, mas para este segmento de alojamento, esperava mais. Tivemos alguns problemas: quadro da luz disparava, termoacumulador não funcionava quando chegámos e entrada de casa pela garagem estava inundada, o que não permitiu lá deixarmos o carro. Esperávamos maior conforto principalmente ao nível da apresentação: casa sem tapetes nem qualquer tipo de decoração, faz com que se torne pouco acolhedora e potencie o eco. Também precisam de grande intervenção ao nível de exteriores e de equipamentos (extratores dos wc’s são muito barulhentos) Ja tínhamos ficado no VidaMar e contávamos com o mesmo nível de cuidado nas infraestruturas, mas infelizmente as moradias estão deixadas um pouco “ao abandono”. Ressalvo no entanto o Óptimo atendimento na recepção, estando sempre prontos a ajudar a resolver os problemas.

Hébergement pas propre du tout. Nous sommes arrivés les draps étaient sales, après avoir réclamé à la réception la dame nous a simplement donné 2 draps pour que nous fassions nous le nécessaire. Inacceptable. De plus les lavabos étaient bouchés et l’odeur des équipements de cuisine laissent à désirer.

Man märker att det är lågsäsong då få villor var uthyrda men också att varmvattnet, värme och kylskåp ej var på när vi kom. Åtgärdades dock nästa dag. Villorna är stora med massor med utrymme men få möbler så det känns ganska kallt. Köket ok med nödvändig utrustning. privata poolområdet är fint men inte speciellt privat. Poolen var kall men man hade inte förväntat sig annat. Trevlig golfbana i närheten.

Great Size Villa, Will be back again
Oct 21 - 7 Night Stay @ Salgados Our family holiday was great staying here, nice 5 mins stroll to the beautiful beach, where you could walk towards Albufeira way or the other way where you could find beach cafe/restaurants to enjoy. The grounds were well kept and tidy, the 3 bed townhouse we stayed in was so large, everything was there that we needed, A/C was very cold but we did not need it due to the weather, the pool was the only negative being so cold we could not use it. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, we only used the beach "Os Salgados" (best Sangria) as others were closed or fully booked, highly recommend "Don Dinis" about a 5 -10 min drive away for some great food and fantastic service, we hired a car to get to Albufeira and the airport, there was off street parking and private parting under the villa for 2 cars per villa so the car was not hot like an oven from being in the sun

Great villa in great location.
Great villas in a great location. The Villa is very nice and well equipped. The only downside is that the pool is not heated so ok during the summer but at other times, it would be cold. One other thing to watch out for is the villas are used for weekend weddings and you may experience music being played until 4 or 5 am at weekends as we did on one weekend from a Villa three doors away. Apart from that, great Villa.

The place is wonderful but plenty room to improve. Positive: I like the private swimming pool and it is only 5 mins walking to the beach. A good kitchen with plenty of options. Negative: Villas are good but maintenance is just so so. the lighting is not very bright and some sockets aren’t working. The patio doors are difficult to open/close. Overall I like it - but with a little bit extra care the place will simply be amazing.
