Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The apartment was not the cleanest & we had no hot water for two days. After trying several times to numbers that were not in service or no one answered we finally got ahold of someone at the management company who sent over a serviceman to fix the problem. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom most of the time not sure where it was coming from possibly the drains. The building itself was very tired & not clean inside or out would have been nice to use the pool but didn’t feel comfortable with its cleanliness or comfort of the chairs provided. The area the building is located in is not the best & our view was of a deserted business just left unsightly. The inside of the apartment was not bad as far as furniture & appliances & looked to have been renovated. Overall we were disappointed & would not recommend staying there.
