Bathroom was disgusting. Apparently no housekeeping as the table legs were ridiculously dusty.

Our room really needed to be dusted. All the light fixtures had a layer of dust, a cobweb to the smoke detector and behind the bathroom door had accumulated dirt

Worst AmericInn we’ve ever stayed in. Nothing was properly maintained. Hot tub jets didn’t work. In our room we had: a lightbulb out, a defaced bible, a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain, a tub that got 5” of water in it when you used the shower and then took over an hour to drain, a toilet that ran constantly and a bed that had one corner all jacked up from a broken base and was so uncomfortable that we barely slept.

My room was dirty. I asked for another room, they claimed no other rooms were available. Housekeeping came in the next day a cleaned the bathroom but did not clean the dust of lamp.shade or headboard. They will have maintenance removed the caulk in the bathroom to remove the moldy areas. I would like some kind of refund for this room.
