Need more staff to deal with customers. Staff were waiting on tables, serving behind the bar and checking people in.

Excellent hotel
Posted 4 Jun 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was perfect for our 2/3 day visit to Albert and it's surrounding WW1 battlefield history.
Situated on the outskirts of Albert the hotel was clean with good parking and very easy to find.
We booked a breakfast and dinner stay and we couldn't fault it. Dinner was a 2 course meal with a choice of French or English dishes. Being a small restaurant there were 3 French meal options and 3 or 4 English meal options (for example fish and chips) available during our stay.
Breakfast was a typical continental style buffet.
The hotel is small with very friendly and helpful staff.
There are no frills at this hotel but if you are out and about visiting the many battlefields or local museums and towns then good food and a comfortable bed at the end of the day are what's needed and we definitely got this at this hotel.
We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if in the local area in the future.

Great hotel for visiting Somme area
Posted 24 May 2024 on HotelsGreat hotel for visiting Somme area. Twin bedded room was a bit tight, but OK for short stay. Would be great if there was a small safe in order to leave passports and currency.
