"There was no staff present. Other guests said the one guy had left four hours earlier. Had to stay 90 minutes away from my event."

"We never expect much from hotels, but this one was really great. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were perfect, and they had, hands down, the best room AC we've ever had.
