Had to change rooms twice then left because of bed bugs. Will never go back there again

Dirty bathroom. Dirty floors. Worried to walk barefoot. Didn't trust the sheets ; went to bed fully clothed. I believe I should be entitled to a partial refund.

The property is located by two of my favorite restaurants RedLobster and Olive Garden. I arrive and asked about eatery’s and they only mentioned the obvious BK/Dunkin' Donuts; why ? IDK and that’s not what I was asking for fine Dining, Casual Dining and a Japanese restaurant is close by. Yummy! Hospitality from Front Desk Wasn’t What I’m Use to. Never had anyone speak in that tone to me. Staff was not helpful; my room was on the second floor, with in-adequate bathroom conditions for this Disabled Army Veteran! Checked out and made up for my Neutral Room by going over to Red Lobster for a Well Deserved Sunday Lunch! Seeulaterslater will be back to Albany but not staying at this Inn Again
