My family and I like to stay here even though we’re local. This is one of the properties that we stay in the most during severe weather. The location is convenient and their shopping and food in the area along with it being in walking distance of shopping in the mall. It’s not in one building like some other properties, meaning that if there is severe weather, you cannot go to the lobby and get breakfast without going outside. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room so for the price we are always satisfied.

Nice place with nice staff. The rooms are decent size, and not difficult to get things you need from staff. Not too noisy and in a convenient area. A little pricey for me, but fine place to stay.

Listed as having ahot tub on your site, no hot tub!!!! After a long day of motorcycle riding, we booked this room because of hot tub!!!!! Very disappointed 😞

This was the worst Quality inn I have ever stayed in. It was extremely filthy. I believe the bed might’ve had bedbugs. The phone did not work. Most of the plug outlets did not work. The shower was filthy. The toilet seat was filthy with pubic hair on the toilet seat and it looked as if all they did was come in and maybe change the sheets. I felt disgusting after staying here and I have rashes on my legs .I will not be coming back.

I've stayed here several times, and this last time was it. No pool, no hot tub! There is a pool, never opened. Staff wasn't any help. Advertisement said hot tub, not one. Breakfast was the same every day. Found mold on a piece of bread. Not much to say about here, won't be back.

DON’T STAY HERE! Nasty, mildewed mess. Came for ASU homecoming weekend. Only stayed here because everywhere else was full. It was disgusting. Black mold in the shower. Brown stains that looked like poop on the window curtains, just awful. And the overall smell will make you gag. Then they had the nerve to make the room key unusable an hour and half BEFORE check out time. We were leaving anyway at 10:00, check out is at 11:00. But the key stopped working around 9:30, had to have housekeeping let us back on the room to make sure we had everything out. Ridiculous! Save yourself, don’t stay. Ugggh. Gross, just gross. If I could give negative score numbers, it would be -10.
