The staff at The Quality Apartments Banksia have far exceeded my expectations. My partners birthday surprise was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. The accommodation could not be faulted and all facilities were impeccable. Thankyou.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped with cooking utensils so self-catering was easy. The complex was very close to the centre of Albany but very quiet. Overall a very good place to stay.
