"I was in Albany for a conference. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times now and find the rooms comfortable and a good size. All staff I spoke to were welcoming and helpful. I decided I would like to dine in the restaurant this time rather than have room service like I usually do. There were no spare tables when I was checking in but was told there would be soon. Without being asked, the gentlemen who had checked me in rang and told there was a table now available, which i appreciated. I chose soup, an entree, and then dessert. There were 9 desserts to chose from. The food was delicious and the young waitress did a great job. I would certainly stay here again."

"Pelicans was a beautiful surprise. A clean & moden feeling unit a short walk from Middleton Beach. The unit was open, modern, light, clean with everything you could want from a small dishwasher to full fridge, washing machine, stove, microwave etc. all clean & well presented. Bathroom was a good size with a decent shower. Great location near the beach with cafes & restaurants a short stroll, along with playgrounds, swimming areas and the boardwalk. Easy short drive into town. Parking was a little tight when full but every unit had a space. Did find the unit to be a little noisy from residential neighbours of a morning but nothing to be too stressed by. Really enjoyed this stay & unit. & was surprised by Albany in general & would highly recommend "

"Se had 2 nights in early October in an upstairs apartment overlooking the rail line. While we were initially concerned abiut the potential for disturbed sleep, this didn't happen and we enjoyed a lovely stay while we toured around Albany during the daytime. It was also close to several good eateries for meals, but also was well equipped for us to be self catering when needed. Thumbs up thanks."
